Become a 36er! Join the Library expedition! 

Start today by visiting us to get a map. The expedition competition will run until November 30th.  Can you reach all 36 libraries by then?

 

EVENTS:

Computer Help-  Tuesdays from 1-3 PM  Thursday evenings, 5:30-7 PM. Drop in to have help with your computer, tablet or smart phone, or learn on our lap-top computer.

Pre-K Story Time: Tuesdays at 11 AM. Ages 2-5, no sign-up needed.

Anime Club: Thursdays 5-7 PM. Love anime, manga and pop culture? Join our club! Ages 13+

Local Author Night:

Wednesday, November 14 at 6:30 PM. Meet local authors, learn about their books and discuss writing. Refreshments provided by the Friends of the Rensselaer Library.

Gingerbread House Contest:Accepting entries between November 26 and December 15th.  See rules for details.

Weather Policy: if the Rensselaer City school district is closed due to weather, so are we.
If it is not a school day, the Library Director makes a decision based on road conditions, clear parking lots and safety, so please call ahead before visiting if you are unsure if we are open. We will post closings online.
